Cobbosseecontee Stream*	Confluence with the Kennebec River upstream to the Cobbosseecontee Lake Dam, including Horseshoe Pond.
Great Works River	Confluence with the Salmon Falls River upstream to Route 9.
Kennebec River	Tidewater upstream to the Abenaki (lower) Dam in Madison (including all impoundments on this section of river).
Kennebec River (East Outlet)*	From dam at Moosehead Lake to yellow posts at tail of Beach Pool.
Kennebec River (West Outlet)*	From Indian Pond upstream to the Moosehead Lake West Outlet Dam.
Messalonskee Stream	From the confluence with the Kennebec River upstream to Union Gas Dam.
Millinocket Stream	From the Millinocket town line upstream to Millinocket Lake Dam.
Mousam River*	Tidewater upstream to Mousam Lake Dam (excluding all ponds and lakes on the river).
Nezinscot River	Confluence with Androscoggin River upstream to the Turner Mill Dam.
Orland River	From the dam in Orland upstream to the outlet of Alamoosook Lake.
Piscataqauis River	From the Sebec/Atkinson Bridge upstream to the dam in Guilford (including tributaries upstream to the first bridge).
Presumpscot River	Tidewater upstream to Sebago Lake outlet, including canal. (Excluding Dundee Pond and North Gorham Pond.)
Royal River	Tidewater upstream to Elm Street (Yarmouth).
Saco River	From the Cataract Dam in Saco upstream to the Maine-New Hampshire Border.
Salmon Falls River*	Tidewater upstream to Great East Lake Dam. (Excluding all ponds and lakes on the river.)
Sebasticook River	From the confluence with the Kennebec River upstream to the Fort Halifax Dam.
St. George River	Tidewater in Warren upstream to St. George Lake Dam in Liberty. (Excluding all ponds and lakes on the river.)
Union River	From the Ellsworth dam upstream to Graham Lake Dam.
